I have worked in various teaching capacities at Buckley Community Schools for the past five years; she currently is teaching ELA for 8th, 9th, 11th, and 12th grades. I was happy to come out of retirement to work at Buckley Community Schools. I love the environment at Buckley--the students, staff, administration are a very supportive education family. I received bachelor degrees from both Northern Michigan University and University of Michigan; later, I received my Masters Degree from Central Michigan University. In my spare time (LOL), I enjoy writing, traveling, skiing, golfing, chasing trout or walleyes, and hiking. Often, you will see her husband, Dave, and her Golden Retriever, Chester, in tow.
